To increase team members' knowledge and understanding of the products, ESWIRES prepares an annual knowledge competition.
This knowledge competition was answered by each group as a unit. The first question was a Q & A. Each group answered according to the questions given to them and at the end of the questions and answers, the operations group was way ahead. It was clear that the operations team had a very good grasp of the knowledge.
The next step was to flip the picture to guess the product. Each group chose a small picture to turn over and guess the product based on a part of the product that turned up. This competition was a lot of fun for everyone involved. Everyone competed to be the first to answer the questions.
Finally, there was a quiz, and I must say that the operation team was really fast, and they were able to get every question. After three rounds of competition, there was no doubt that the operation team came first and received a prize - a small fan for each person, plus a team building session.
The competition was not only to improve the staff's knowledge and familiarity with the company's products, but also to give them a different way of gaining a deeper understanding of the products and what they do. I think that after this competition, everyone will have the questions they did not answer in mind and will always remember the afternoon when they sat around the table and played a game that looked like a competition but was actually incredibly relaxing.
