Solution & Design
We take the time to understand your needs and offer several solutions that fit your budget and requires. Then, we discuss the design and confirm a drawing before the production. The whole process usually takes about three days depends on how many questions are raised during our meetings together.
Process Report Throughout
We understand that timely communication is essential to maintaining a good working relationship, and we are committed to keeping you informed of the status of your order every step of the way.
Besides, we will communicate with you in a timely manner during the process, no matter what problems arise to ensure that you are satisfied with the product.
Manufacturing & QC
Our production team is made up of 100+ experienced people who will manufacture the products you need quickly and efficiently based on the final confirmed drawings. Moreover, we assure you that every process during production (from raw material to container inspection) is checked by professional QC personnel, so that you receive high quality products and can experience the best service. This process can also be extended due to revision and confirmation of samples or other uncontrollable factors, but in general the whole process can be completed about 30 days.
Customs Clearance & Loading
As soon as the product is produced, we pack it. Once packed, the truck will arrive at the factory plant to pick up the product and transport them to the port. Then the product will be loaded onto the ship. The whole process usually takes two working days and after customs clearance, our products will be safely shipped to you.
International Delivery
When all the process is over, we will deliver the goods to you as fast and as short as possible. Shipping times can vary depending on where in the world the products is being sent. Generally, it takes about 15-45 days for to be delivered. However, there are some factors that can affect shipping times. For example, weather conditions can affect shipping times. If there is a hurricane or other severe weather event, packages may be delayed. Ultimately, it is important to be patient when waiting for your products to be delivered.
