One-Stop Solution: Design, Manufacture, Ship - All Under One Roof
Sourcing wire mesh material handling products from overseas shouldn't mean managing five different vendors, chasing updates, and worrying about what arrives at your port. At ESWIRES, one point of contact covers everything - custom design, steel production, quality control, customs clearance, and international freight - delivered to over 50 countries since 1995.
No middlemen. No outsourcing. Just a 30-year factory with a direct line to your project.

What "One-Stop" Actually Means at ESWIRES
Most suppliers use the phrase. Few can back it up. Here is exactly what we handle on your behalf - and how long each stage takes.
Step 1 - Requirements & Solution Design
Typical timeline: 1 - 3 business days
Send us your application requirements - product type, load capacity, storage environment, pallet size, industry - and our engineering team responds with 2 - 3 solution options within 24 hours. We don't send a generic catalog. We ask the right questions:
What are you storing? (Weight per pallet, item fragility, SKU count)
How is it moved? (Forklift, hand truck, conveyor)
What environment? (Indoor/outdoor, cold storage, corrosive exposure)
Any compliance or certification requirements?
Once requirements are confirmed, we produce technical drawings in AutoCAD format. You review, request changes, and we revise - typically within one business day per revision round. Production does not begin until you sign off on the final drawing.
What you get: Dimensioned technical drawing, material specification sheet, and a fixed production quotation.
Step 2 - Factory Production
Typical timeline: 20 - 35 days (standard orders)
Our 100+ person production team works across dedicated lines for:
Wire mesh welding and forming
Steel frame fabrication and bending
Surface treatment (powder coating / electro-galvanizing / hot-dip galvanizing)
Assembly, folding mechanisms, and caster fitting
Production capacity: We operate multiple high-frequency welding machines and automated wire straightening lines, supporting a monthly output of hundreds of container units across standard and custom configurations.
OEM & ODM: Your logo, custom colors, modified dimensions - all handled in-house with no tooling surcharges for most standard modifications.
Sample policy: For new product lines or large custom orders, a pre-production sample can be manufactured and shipped for your approval before mass production begins.
Step 3 - In-Process & Pre-Shipment Quality Control
Embedded throughout production - not added at the end
Our QC team is present at every production stage, not just at the final inspection gate. Key checkpoints include:
| Stage | What We Check |
| Raw material intake | Mill certificate, wire diameter tolerance, surface condition |
| Welding | Weld penetration, bead consistency, joint strength |
| Forming & assembly | Dimensions vs. approved drawing, fold/unfold mechanism, load test |
| Surface treatment | Coating thickness (magnetic gauge), adhesion test, visual uniformity |
| Pre-shipment | Final dimensions, quantity count, surface inspection, packaging integrity |
Step 4 - Export Packing, Loading & Export Customs Declaration
Typical timeline: 2–3 working days
Once products pass final inspection, our logistics team takes over:
The products will be packed and loaded into containers.
Full export documentation prepared: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and any additional certifications required by your destination country (fumigation certificate, phytosanitary certificate, etc.)
Customs declaration filed from Xiamen Port - one of China's major export ports with direct services to major global destinations
We ship FOB Xiamen as standard. CIF and other Incoterms are available on request.
Step 5 - International Freight & Delivery Tracking
Typical sea freight transit: 15–45 days depending on destination
Destination Region Estimated Transit Time
Southeast Asia 7–15 days
Middle East 15–25 days
Europe (major ports) 25–35 days
North America (West Coast) 18–28 days
North America (East Coast) 28–38 days
Australia / New Zealand 15–25 days
South America 30–45 days
We work with established freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure competitive rates and reliable schedules. Shipment tracking details are shared as soon as the container is loaded.
Air freight is available for urgent sample shipments or small-volume orders where lead time is the priority.
