Every ESWIRES product is built to last - and rigorously tested to prove it. From the steel we source to the shipment we dispatch, quality is verified at each critical stage.
Raw Material Control
Quality starts before production begins. We source only certified steel wire and structural materials from audited suppliers, ensuring every batch meets our dimensional specifications.
Checklist items:
- Mill certificate verification for every steel coil
- Dimensional inspection of raw wire diameter and tolerance
- Visual and tactile surface quality check
- Supplier qualification audit and ongoing evaluation

Production Process Control
In-process control at every manufacturing stage eliminates defects before they compound. Our QC team performs rolling inspections across welding, forming, and coating lines.
1. Welding Quality Control
Weld integrity is the backbone of every stack rack and storage cage. We apply strict welding standards at each joint, backed by visual and structural verification.
| Inspection Item | Standard |
| Weld appearance inspection | No cracks, porosity, or irregular beads |
| Weld penetration inspection | Full fusion at joint interface confirmed |
| Structural stability verification | Load-bearing frame tested under stress conditions |

2. Load Capacity Testing
Each product design undergoes static and dynamic load testing to validate its rated capacity. We do not ship products that haven't proven their structural integrity under real-world conditions.
Static load test: sustained weight at rated capacity
Dynamic load test: simulated warehouse operational stress
Safety factor verification beyond rated UDL

3. Coating Quality Control
Our powder-coated finish isn't just cosmetic - it's an engineered barrier against corrosion and wear. We verify coating performance across three dimensions:
| Test | Method |
Target |
| Powder coating thickness | Magnetic film thickness gauge | Meets specified micron range |
| Adhesion testing | Cross-cut tape test (ASTM D3359 |
Grade 0–1 (no delamination) |
| Corrosion resistance testing | Salt spray test (ISO 9227) | Passes required hours without rust |

Final Inspection
Before any order leaves our facility, it goes through a systematic final inspection. Our QC team works to a standardized checklist to ensure every unit shipped matches what was ordered - exactly.
Four-Point Pre-Shipment Inspection:
① Dimension Check: All components are measured against approved drawings. Critical dimensions - including height, width, and frame tolerance - are verified to spec.
② Quantity Verification: Total pieces per SKU are counted and cross-checked against the packing list and purchase order. Shortfalls are flagged and resolved before loading.
③ Surface Inspection: Every surface is examined for coating defects, scratches, weld blemishes, and corrosion marks. Any unit failing this check is pulled from the shipment.
④ Packaging Inspection: Protective packaging is inspected for correct cushioning, labeling accuracy, and structural integrity to withstand sea or road freight conditions.
