Raw Material Purchase
In order to ensure the quality of raw materials, we purchase raw materials from the largest steel group in China. And, after the materials arrive at our factory, we also conduct quality checks on the raw materials to ensure the quality of our products.
Production Management
Once the quality of the raw material has passed the inspection, we will officially enter the production in stage. First the raw material is straightened and cut. Then stamps and welds the parts, followed by surface treatment, further polishing and cleaning, and finally packaging and loading.
Packaging
During the packaging process, we use the most stringent packaging methods and inspect the packaging to prevent the product from receiving damage or collapsing during transportation, which could cause any injuries to people.
QC Throughout
In quality inspection, our professional and experienced inspectors check raw materials, components, semi-finished products, finished products, packaging and containers at all stages of production to ensure that there are no problems with the goods before shipment and delivery.
After sales System
After the product arrives, ESWIRES' after-sales team is always ready to solve any problems you may have with the installation and other aspects of the product. A good after-sales service ensures that we can follow up on customer feedback and follow up on their suggestions to optimize our products and services.
