There is an impressive rule of life - only what is actively pursued is likely to come to hand. The core of this reading is that all things are possible only if there is a strong desire to achieve them in the first place. And don't think about how to achieve it first. I think that whether you live as an individual or a member of a group, the first thing you have to think about is what kind of result you want to get, and the process of forming the result is achieved by working hard every step of the way. If the desire is not strong enough, you will give up in the process of achieving it because of some minor setbacks and end up not getting the result you want, and perhaps complain that it is impossible to fulfil the desire. Those who work hard enough to achieve their aspirations will struggle to the end and get a good result.
Whether in life or in business, maintaining a strong, even obsessive, purpose for the goal to be accomplished and running towards it is the only way to get there.
