Each unit is a complete storage cell that stacks four high when loaded and is nestable storage when empty, so capacity grows one rack at a time — not one construction schedule at a time.
ESWIRES nestainer racks are steel racks rated at 1000 kg per unit, built on a 1300 × 1200 × 1200 mm footprint. They operate without bolted racking or fixed installation, and they relocate with a forklift whenever layouts change.
The result is storage that behaves like an operating asset: deployed where demand is, consolidated when it drops, and planned one unit at a time.

Fixed racking commits floor space and budget years in advance. The nestainer commits nothing beyond the units you need this quarter. As order intake grows, add racks; as contracts or seasons end, release the same racks - the investment stays portable instead of becoming part of the building.
