Hat channel pallet supports are set down flush into the step of standard 1-5/8” pallet rack step beams. Unlike other supports that flange over the face of the beam, hat supports do not obstruct the beam face. This feature opens up the beaming face to be used for labeling pallet locations, making it easier to manage inventory and locate stored items.

Hat support crossbars provide a continuous surface for pallets to rest on, reducing the likelihood of products falling through or toppling over. The flush design of these supports also eliminates any potential trip hazards that other supports with flanged edges may cause.
